Rules and regulations issued by the university and government will supersede the rules of college.

Every admission form must be signed by the student as well as parents duly.

Anyone found included in ragging in any form within or outside the college shall be instantly expelled from the college.

Every student of this college shall abide by the rules of college discipline.

A candidates who are not enrolled in the Govind Guru Tribal university, Banswara will have to submit a migration certificate and pay eligibility fee and enrolment fee to the university as per rules.

A candidate who is not enrolled in the university will not be allowed to appeared any examination.

A candidate is not permitted to appear two Degree or Diploma certificate examination of the university in one and the same academic year.

Be punctual and maintain discipline in the college, creating disturbance in the classes will be view seriously.

Always carry Identity card while in college. If the student loses his credentials, he will have to get a new one charged for Rs 50.

Attend the classes regularly and maintain silence when they are on.

No person should be invited to address or entertain the student of the college without the written permission of the principal.

The principal reserves the right to remove from the roll the name of any student failing to pay the college dues in terms of fee and documents on time.

Any type of intoxication in the college campus is a punishable offense.

Disciplinary action will be taken against the students who damage the property of the college and damages will also be recovered from them. Loose talk in college premise should be avoided.

According to rules of university/ college/ government, fee structure can be changed during the running session.

Fee has to be deposited into the three installments, any delay in depositing fee he/she will be charged late fee and along with this he/she will not be allowed to attend classes till fee submitted.

Once you deposit your fee it will not be refundable to you and will not be transferred to any other students.

Every student has to be obeying all instructions of college management and staff, misbehavior maybe cause of disqualification or termination of student.

Parents are requested to obtain principal’s permission to meet any lecturer or librarian else without permission, entry in college premises is strictly prohibited.

According to the rules prescribed by G.G.T.U. minimum attendance required 75 % of the total working days. It will be criteria at the time of filling up the examination form.

Student are strictly not allowed to keep their mobile with them during the college time, in case any student is found having mobile it will be criteria at the time of filling up the examination form.

Boycott and mass cut of classes/exams will be treated as misbehavior and student will punished as per rules.

Apart from the stipulated rules, other guidelines and regulations issued by the university, state government and central government shall be applicable on the students of Leo College.
